Contains photographs, negatives, and photocopies of sixteenth-century type fonts taken or ordered by Kay Amert, as well as order forms and correspondence regarding these images. Materials date from between 1995 and 2007.

Contains Kay Amert's notes on printing marques. These notes largely consist of photocopies of printing marques, organized by style. Styles represented in this series include Soleil d'or, Silhouetted, Lorraine cross, Tory style, and Criblée ground. Materials date from between 1994 and 2005.

Contains lists of sixteenth-century French publications, summaries of pertinent details regarding some of these publications (such as date, size, illustrations, fonts), summaries of sixteenth-century French authors and their works, lists of publications on the history of printing and typography, notes from secondary source publications, and a catalogue for A. Sokol Books. Materials date from between 1987 and 2006.
